The only other dealers I could have tried closed years ago. I already changed dealers, and I can't really go much further, any further and it is not worth the trip for me. Another reason is my friend who sold the car to me, isn't working there anymore, he simply wasn't making enough money, so the deal we had for service where we would swap cars so we each had a car for the day isn't there anymore. Part of the reason why I changed was the insane delays and non communication regarding the infamous TSB. Curious, what is the best way to get hold of a Rep at Ford? Or rather find one? I am just about certain Ford said they wouldn't do it. This one was closer than the one I bought it at and we have a long history with them in the family.
